    We know how much independence is valued by our aged care clients. For that reason we strive to provide a carer that supports your unique needs to remain in the comfort of your own home.

    Service Overview

    In addition to providing you the freedom and flexibility to choose your carer, we will also work with you and your family to tailor an aged care plan that perfectly supports your needs. At Home Assist SA we understand no two clients are alike and for that reason, all aspects of our plans are fully customisable. 

    Our aged care services include:

    • Cleaning & General Support
      Assistance with any typical household duties - Cleaning, tidying, washing and more.
    • Home & Garden Maintenance
      General home maintenance, lawn mowing, sweeping and more.
    • Personalised Support
      For those requiring assistance with mobility, showering, dressing and more.
    • Social Support
      Emotional, psychological and companionship assistance, one-on-one social outings and more
    • Medication Prompting
      Assistance with prompt reminders to take at-home medication.
    • Grocery Shopping
      Our support workers can accompany you on your grocery shop or carry it out on your behalf.
    • Assistive Equipment Facilitation
      Let us know your needs & we can facilitate the purchase or hire of the appropriate assistive equipment, allowing you to remain in your home in the safest and most practical manner.

    Home Care Package Funded Supports (HCP)

    While we await our My Aged Care (MAC) registration, Home Assist SA has partnered with Trilogy Care to support you under your Home Care Package funding.  Through this partnership, you can choose us as your support provider while Trilogy Care manages your package.

    This collaboration ensures you receive more support hours, as your package isn’t consumed by excessive fees!

    Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP)

    Unfortunately we are not currently funded to deliver services under the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP). However, we can still assist you privately or through our partnership with Trilogy Care once your Home Care Package has been assigned.

    Or – we will happily help you can connect you with a CHSP provider in your area to help you access services.
