NDIS Assistance with Daily Life
- Help with household chores
- Getting ready for the day (getting out of bed, showering, getting dressed etc.)
- Help with preparing your meals or covering the costs of meal delivery service
- Help with getting around the community and using public transport
Aged Care Personal Care
- Domestic assistance
- Transport, recreational and social activities in the community or to appointments
- Getting ready for the day (getting out of bed, showering, getting dressed etc.)
- Home maintenance assistance including garden maintenance services
FAQs
We understand situations may arise where you need to cancel your service(s) with us. We do request a 24-hour notice period of any once-off cancellations and a 2-week period for any ongoing cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cancelled service (unless where there are extenuating circumstances)
If you are ceasing an NDIS quoted service, we kindly request 2-weeks (14-days) notice.
Alternatively, if you have your own supplies that you would prefer we utilise, this can absolutely be accommodated!
We can also connect you with a CHSP provider in your area to help you access services.
While we await our My Aged Care (MAC) registration, we’ve partnered with Trilogy Care to support you under your Home Care Package (HCP).
Through this partnership, you can access more support hours and receive services from us, while Trilogy Care manages your package.
