Absolutely! One of the core values of the NDIS is giving you the freedom to choose which providers and supports work best for you. For instance, you might prefer to keep your favourite cleaner from another service for your weekly cleaning, while using Home Assist SA for personal care and community access. The choice is entirely yours!
We understand situations may arise where you need to cancel your service(s) with us. We do request a 24-hour notice period of any once-off cancellations and a 2-week period for any ongoing cancellations.
Cancellations with less than 24-hours notice will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cancelled service (unless where there are extenuating circumstances)
If you are ceasing an NDIS quoted service, we kindly request 2-weeks (14-days) notice.
We have a minimum shift length of two hours for most of our supports. However, we may be able to reduce this to one hour depending on your individual circumstances.
Our staff come fully equipped to clean your home. We can also use sustainable, eco-friendly products on request.
Alternatively, if you have your own supplies that you would prefer we utilise, this can absolutely be accommodated!
